Wolves 1 Robin Hood 1A late penalty from Drewonde Bascome forced an FA Cup replay for Robin Hood who will meet Wolves again tomorrow night.Wolves appeared to be heading into the next round of the competition before Bascome's 83rd minute spot-kick which was awarded after Antoine Brangman brought down Hood's Sullivan Phillips.Substitute striker Nathan Webb had given Wolves the lead at Devonshire Rec. yesterday after he pounced on a left-wing cross and scrambled the ball past Hood goalkeeper Timmy Figureido after 74 minutes.But Hood's resilience paid off when Wolves defender Brangman dived in on overseas basketball professional, Phillips, to concede a penalty which was well-taken by Bascome to equalise.After a chanceless first-half the game opened up slightly after the break with Brangman going the closest for Wolves when he struck a long-range effort over Figureido's bar, following a mazy dribble.At the other end, Hood's claim for a penalty fell on deaf ears with referee Tracey Adams adjudging Steven Bremar's sliding challenge on pacey winger Bascome to have been legal.In the final few seconds Zekiro White had a great chance to be Hood's match winner but for some reason he opted to cross the ball instead of shooting, despite finding himself in a good scoring position.Wolves coach John Barry Nusum admitted that a draw was probably the fairest result.“I thought we'd done enough to get the win but in fairness either team could have won that game,” he said.“The goal we conceded was a poor one and I thought our defender could have stood their player up, but this happens in football.“I thought we played well today and hopefully we can win the replay.
