Leaders Social Club held by Boulevard

First Divison leaders Young Men’s Social Club and Boulevard had to be content with a share of the spoils after battling to a 2-2 draw in this see-saw First Division encounter at Police Field yesterday.

The home side got off to a promising start after Phillip Mallory’s eighteenth-minute tally put them out front.

But it was game on when Teh-kei Taylor grabbed an equaliser for the visitors in the 33rd minute.

Boulevard then surged into the lead through Takeyhi Walker-Samuels’s 44th-minute strike.

However, the game took another twist after Ryan Parris converted an 84th-minute penalty to salvage a point for the hosts.

Elsewhere, Flanagan’s Onions romped to an emphatic 5-1 win over Ireland Rangers at Goose Gosling Field while St David’s edged Wolves 1-0 on an own goal at Garrison Field.
