Jomar Wilkinson made a victorious start to his stint as coach of Somerset Trojans.
Wilkinson’s charges had things all their own way in an emphatic 4-0 drubbing of hosts Devonshire Colts at Police Field yesterday.
Leo Burgess scored a goal either side of the break to lead the visitors’ charge in the lopsided contest.
Jaden Ratteray-Smith and Justin Corday were also on target for the rampant Trojans, who are off to a flying start on the back of this convincing display.
Elsewhere, X-Roads beat Southampton Rangers 2-0 at Goose Gosling Field.
Darin Woolridge opened the scoring for the home side in the tenth minute.
Rico Beek then doubled X-Roads’ advantage in the 85th minute to secure the points.
