BSX ends the week lower

There was a turnover of almost $2 million worth of shares on The Royal Gazette/BSX Index last week, with the Index dropping 7.7 points (0.56 per cent) to close the week at 1,355.62.

Four stocks ended the week lower, with KeyTech down 60 cents (16.66 per cent) at $3 after 17,700 shares were traded. In the insurance sector, Argus lost five cents (1.31 per cent) to close at $3.75, after 6,500 shares were exchanged, while BF&M lost 10 cents (0.55 per cent) to close the week at $18 after 7,300 shares were traded.

Butterfield Bank preference shares ended 81 cents (0.06 per cent) lower at $150.19 after 20 were exchanged.
