Bermuda name women’s world cup team

Bermuda Football Association have named the women’s squad for the Under-20 World Cup Qualifiers.

The Caribbean Football Union tournament takes place in Haiti, with Bermuda’s first game on Wednesday against Puerto Rico, and their last four days later against the hosts at the Stade Sylvio Cator.

Bermuda are playing in group two, with the top two teams from that group and the top two from group one, moving on to the Concacaf Qualifying Tournament.

Naquita Robinson, the Bermuda coach, will again lead the side, with Aaron Denkins her assistant coach.

The team fly out on Monday.
