Teenagers injured in bike crash

Two teenagers were injured in a motorcycle crash in Paget yesterday.

A Bermuda Police Service spokesman said that the bike collided with several vehicles as it headed east along Harbour Road at about 3.45pm.

He said: “The rider of the motorcycle, believed to be a 16-year-old male, and the pillion passenger, believed to be an 18-year-old male, apparently sustained non-life-threatening injuries.”

The spokesman said last night that both teenagers were being treated in hospital.

He added: “An update on their conditions will be provided in due course.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 295-0011.
