Plants, books, toys, White Elephant, baked goods, nearly new clothes and more from 9 am to 2 pm at the Peace Lutheran Church Hall on the South Shore Road in Paget.The Bermuda Folk Club The now infamous Open Mic Night is back at the Spanish Point Boat Club. Performers include John Irvine, Mike Cacy, Karen O'Brien/Alana Dean/Michael McPhee, Willie Robinson, Will Black, Rob Woodley, and Monte Palsat. Doors open at 7.30 pm , music at 8 pm sharp. Come early for the best seating. Admission is $5 for members and $8 for non-members.

Heritage Month Grand Old Bazaar

B.I.U. Car Park, Union Street 2:00 pm – 6 pm . Experience an old Bermuda bazaar. Join in the fun of old-fashioned games, the maypole, a Tom Thumb wedding, crafts, traditional foods and Gombeys of course. Bring your bag of pennies– all goodies to be paid in thruppence and tuppence! Organized by the Department of Community and Cultural Affairs.

La Leche League of Bermuda will hold a support group meeting open to pregnant women and new mothers at 10:30am in the First Floor Conference Room at King Edward Memorial Hospital. The meeting topic is "The Benefits of Breastfeeding."LLL of Bermuda is a registered charity, offering mother-to-mother help and encouragement to women wanting to breastfeed their babies. Accredited La Leche League Leaders will be present to answer questions and address concerns. The meeting discussions include the latest medical research as well as personal experience. Free literature and a lending library will be available. Light refreshments will be served. Call 236-1120 for further information.

Heritage Month Tales and Trails in St. David's Carter House, St. David's 2 pm – 6 pm. Visit Carter House and see re-enactments of life in the old days. Hear the tales of fishing and fishnet-making told by Mr. Gary Lamb, Mr. Arnold Daniels and Mr. Spurling and tales of Dark Bottom told by Mr. St. Clair "Brinky" Tucker; sample foods unique to St. David's made by Ms. Dolly Pitcher and visit the "Lost at Sea" Memorial and the St. David's Lighthouse. Organized by the Department of Community and Cultural Affairs.

Senior's Learning Centre at the Bermuda College invite members and interested persons over age 55 to attend the annual general meeting at 2.30 pm in the College Cafeteria. 'You are Adding Years to Your Life, And Life to Your Years.

Heritage Month Telling Tales Only Seniors Know at Albuoy's Point 7 pm – 9 pm. Join in the laughter and the sharing of memories of a time of the past told by Mr. Morton Williams and take a cruise around the Great Sound. Tickets $10 general admission and $5 for Seniors on sale at the Department of Community and Cultural Affairs. Organized by the Department of Community and Cultural Affairs.

Bermuda Garden Club open house series 1 pm to 4 pm: Hamilton Parish, Long Lane Tuckers Town . Private homes, decorated with local floral arrangements, opened by the Garden Club of Bermuda. Bermuda Heritage Concert at St. John's Church 7:30 pm Marjorie Pettit's Heritage Concerts have been a favourite for many years. This year's concert will feature the St. John's Youth Choir, Christine and Katherine Allison, Jordon Robbins and Chelsea Mayeaux. Tickets at Piano Plus and at the door. Adults: $25, Children: $15. Sponsored by the Bermuda Arts Council and the Department of Community and Cultural Affairs.

Heritage Month Marshlands Block Party/Story Tellers/Games. Parsons Road 2 pm – 6 pm . Save your kites and join in the fun of old-fashioned games led by Mrs. Judith James. Enjoy food, Gombeys and lively story-telling. Organized by the Department of Community and Cultural Affairs.

Heritage Month Take Five on the Train. City Hall 6 pm – 8 pm. Reminisce with old blues, jazz, calypso and bee-bop music while cruising on the train through the City. Saltus Grammar School Ruth Henderson memorial concert, Victoria Park, 5.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. (Rain date: Monday, June 2nd).
