Good Hands Charlie is a two-year-old stallion who will race under the green and black colours of Hurst Stables.
Arthur Hurst will also bring out a Bermuda bred three-year-old filly. Tux's Pride and Joy is a daughter of former track record holder Shamrock Tuxedo.
Another of Tuxedo's offspring is two-year-old JV Prize Possession who will race under the guidance of Joseph Viera.
Several ponies that have not raced for the past season or two will be out this year, including Bobby DeGraff's Gusto's Crackerjack and Tom Matthews' Catch a Fire.
A total of 23 race days are scheduled up to the end of March.
