GUILTY PLEA CTS Guilty plea After being caught red handed a Pembroke man yesterday pleaded guilty to charges of possession of cannabis with intent to supply.

Magistrates' Court heard that Police saw Kimo Winfield Jennings, 24, trying to complete a sale of cannabis on Curving Avenue in February of this year.

Jennings, of St. Augustine's Lane, was seen on his parked cycle alongside a black car.

When Police approached, the black car fled the scene and Jennings was seen dropping a yellow envelope.

When confronted by Police, Jennings claimed: "It's not mine. You didn't see me making a hand-to-hand transaction.'' Police analysis found that the envelope contained 0.7 grams of cannabis.

"You're locking me up and the Police are smoking the weed,'' Jennings said in his statement.

He was fined $500.
