The event -- an evening of champagne, dessert, music and tombola -- will be held by the "kind permission'' of Lord and Lady Waddington between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m.
Tickets -- which can be acquired by calling 295-7236, 236-9297 or 293-1428 -- cost $40 a person.
Proceeds will go to Foster Children of Bermuda and the Bermuda Cathedral General Fund.
Among the tombola prizes to be awarded in a "sweetheart raffle'' are four round-trip airline tickets to London and the US, two one-way passages to New York aboard the MV Horizon , a pair of sterling silver West Indian bangles, a weekend for two at Horizons and Cottages, a colour television set and dinner for two at Once Upon A Table.

Employees at the MarketPlace on Church Street saw John Warren, 25, leave the store with four cans worth $5.56 without paying, said Police prosecutor Sgt.

Warren, who is unemployed, told Police he did it because he was having a tough day.
SWING BRIDGE CLOSED TO MARINE TRAFFIC TRA Swing Bridge closed to marine traffic The Swing Bridge in St. George's will be closed to marine traffic from today.
The Works and Engineering Ministry will carry out mechanical and electrical work on the bridge. It is expected to be completed by the end of March.
However, the Ministry noted that the work will not effect motor vehicle traffic.
It also apologised for any inconvenience.
MEN SENT TO HOSPITAL AFTER ASSAULTS CRM Men sent to hospital after assaults Police are investigating two cases of assault which sent two men to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital.
Both incidents occurred during the early hours of Sunday.
Police said a 31-year-old Devonshire man was taken to hospital with head and facial injuries, following a fight with another man on Court Street.
In a separate incident, a 35-year-old St. George's man was taken to hospital with internal injuries, following a fist fight with another man at a residence in St. George's.
Police also responded to 12 reports of assaults, 16 break-ins, six cases of stealing, 19 stolen cycles, and 11 accidents. They also arrested seven people for impaired driving.
FOUR TEENAGERS ARRESTED FOR BREAK-IN CRM Four teenagers arrested for break-in Police arrested four teenagers in connection with a break-in over the weekend.
The four, aged 14 to 16, were detained on Friday afternoon after they were disturbed allegedly breaking into a property at Shelly Bay in Hamilton Parish.
Police said it was believed that the youngsters may have been responsible for other break-ins in the Hamilton Parish area.
Inquiries are continuing.
CAR OVERTURNS, DRIVER ESCAPSES INJURY AC Car overturns, driver escapes injury A 43-year-old female driver miraculously escaped injury when her car veered off South Road in Warwick.
Police said they attended the single-vehicle accident around 1 a.m. on Sunday.
They found the vehicle -- which was apparently travelling west when it collided with a wall and rolled down an embankment -- overturned and extensively damaged.
The woman was arrested on suspicion of impaired driving.

William Francis, for a man charged with entering the home of his estranged wife and assaulting another man.
Roderick Carlton Butler, 37, of Sandys Parish pleaded not guilty to charges of trespassing, causing grievous bodily harm and destroying a telephone and furniture worth $60.
But Police prosecutor Sgt. Kenrick James said Police opposed bail for Roderick Carlton Butler who Police say threatened to kill the victim of the alleged attack.
"We have serious concerns about the behaviour of the accused,'' said Sgt.
James. "The complainant has made a number of reports against this person.'' But Butler, who claimed his wife had left taking their children said threats had been made on both sides.
Mr. Francis set bail at $1,500 with a like surety and the condition that Butler make no contact with his wife until the June trial.
TWO FINED $300 FOR DAMAGING A DOOR CTS Two fined $300 for damaging a door Senior Magistrate the Wor. William Francis fined a man and a woman $300 each in Magistrates' Court yesterday for damaging a door.
Fredericka Fox, 24, of Paget and Terrence Webb, 30, of Pembroke admitted causing $200 damage to the door of a Warwick resident following an argument.
They claimed they believed the person had stolen a safe. But Police prosecutor Sgt. Kenrick James said Fox and Webb had not pressed charges against the complainant for theft of the safe.
Mr. Francis instructed both defendants to compensate the complainant for the damaged door out of their fines.
WOMAN TWICE CAUGHT DRIVING DRUNK CTS Woman twice caught driving drunk A 34-year-old woman who was arrested twice for drunk driving received fines totaling over $1,000 and two years off the road in Magistrates' Court yesterday.
Sherry Elaine Saltus of Curving Avenue, Pembroke admitted she was drunk when she drove her auxiliary cycle along North Shore on Saturday.
Police prosecutor Sgt. Kenrick James said Police spotted Saltus swaying from side to side, almost colliding with a wall.
Saltus was further charged with giving a false name when arrested.
Senior Magistrate the Wor. William Francis fined Saltus $350 and barred her from driving all vehicles for a year. She was fined an additional $300 for using a false name.
For a previous impaired driving charge in October, Mr. Francis fined her $450 and barred her from the road for two years. The sentences are to run concurrently.
Saltus, represented by Ms Victoria Pearman, apologised to the court and to the Police.
