The facilities will be open to members of the public as well as the club's 2,300 members, most of whom live overseas.
Management at the timeshare complex hope the new facilities will be a major new asset to the town if Planning permission is granted to convert the 3,000- square-feet sales office.
Andrew Hall, the managing director of RCI Services Bermuda Ltd. which manages the club, said the beauty salon will hopefully be open in January.
The salon, which will include massage facilities, will be run by an outside company which will rent the space.
The health club, which will feature exercise and bikes and treadmills, is scheduled to open next summer.
Members and the general public will be able to send and receive faxes at the business centre, access the Internet, and use e-mail facilities.
Mr. Hall said: "Our members and customers would like something like this, and it is an added value to the price you pay. It will be value and service worthy of a resort like Bermuda.''
