Ms Bélanger has taken on the role of recruitment manager, providing recruitment services to a wide range of clients in re/insurance, accounting, investments, banking, information technology and the legal sector.

She has been servicing the Bermuda financial services recruitment market for the past two years, having started her career in recruitment in Canada in the insurance and finance fields, bringing a wealth of international recruitment and career counselling experience.

Ms Bélanger has a Master's degree in counselling and is also trained to administer psychometric testing - an integral, but often overlooked, part of the recruitment process, and assists in finding the best match between employer and employee.
