Live music returned to the streets of Hamilton with a performance by The Unit Band on the front steps of City Hall.

A group of around 50 people gathered to watch Saturday’s show from a distance as the group played a range of classic songs.

The hour-long concert was the second in the Creatives Live! series, organised by the Department of Community and Cultural Affairs.

James Lamb, who watched the concert with his family, said: “We didn’t actually know about the concert – we just kind of stumbled upon it – but it was a pleasant surprise.

“There’s not of live music these days, so it’s a treat.”
