Sgt. Stuart Gordon Innes, 45, was promoted to inspector, and P.c. Cindy Eve-Spencer, 34, was promoted to sergeant.

Insp. Innes joined the Force in 1973 after serving on the Lancashire Constabulary in England. He has spent the last 12 years in the Police Administration Department, where he will remain.

Sgt. Eve-Spencer joined in 1979 and has spent the last five years in Administration, where she too will remain.
