BNTB shares drop

Butterfield Bank was the only trader on The Bermuda Stock Exchange Index (BSX) yesterday, seeing 130 preference shares change hands.
The shares closed down $1 (0.08 percent) at $225 for the day.
Other traders included the bank's common shares (9,700 shares) and Argus Group Holdings Ltd. (1,000 shares), but both of their shares prices remained unchanged.
The Index opened and closed at 2,018.19, with 10,700 shares worth BD$42,295 and 2,324 shares worth US$184,291.66 transacted.
The BSX Insurance Index dropped 0.38 points (0.04 percent) to 934.46.
