NEW YORK (Bloomberg) — Bermuda-based financial guarantor Primus Guaranty Ltd. said its Primus Financial Products unit completed a portfolio repositioning transaction with a significant counterparty, terminating $300 million notional principal of three bespoke tranche transactions and paying the counterparty a termination fee of $35 million.
