Fourteen-year-old Sam Stevens, who attends school in the UK, scored an impressive 3-0 victory in the men's E grade final, having previously fought off 11-year-old English junior national team player Martin Gibson, 3-2, in the semis.

Meanwhile, Daniele Bortoli and James Stout opposed each other in the U grade final with Stout emerging triumphant 3-2.

Yesterday the touring Bermuda team clinched another win when they played the Wanlip Park Leisure team in Leicester.

Kieran Bradshaw put up one of the best performances, winning all three of his matches comfortably while Mark Goodwin won two out of three.

Bermuda scored a 19-15 victory.
