The round left Pearman and Bean six shots out of fifth place amongst the 23 countries competing.

The pair go into today's final round needing to shoot sub-par to have any chance of qualifying.

"We both have to shoot three-under pars, I guess,'' Bean estimates. Jamaica, Holland, Austria, Costa Rica, Brazil and Venezuela are amongst the top countries going into the last round at Runaway Bay Golf Club, which is on the north coast about 20 minutes from Ocho Rios.

"Conditions were very similiar (from first day), the wind picks up around noon so the back nine becomes more difficult,'' said Bean.
