Fans of Eddie Murphy's "raw'' brand of comedy should flock to City Hall on August 29 for Nadonja Bailey's 30 minute tribute to the American star.

The show will be Bailey's last local performance before he goes off to college in Atlanta this fall.

"It's going to be a tribute to Eddie Murphy who is my idol,'' he explained.

"People who want to come should be prepared to hear a little profanity although it will not be much.

"I will still be using all original material but I want it to be Nadonja at his best.'' Mr. Bailey said that his material will focus on current and recent events but the audience should expect some profanity which is a change from his previous "all-clean'' image.

"I may loose some people,'' he continued, "but in June I made the decision to do it. I wrote a play but I had difficulty getting people to be in it because many of them had travel plans for the summer.

"When I am at school I will be doing some comedy at clubs in Atlanta.'' United Production Dancers, soloist Prinzine Bailey and fellow comics Jahrinzino Simmons and Kareem Musson will also be featured during the show, but Bailey's 30 minute routine will be the featured event.

Tickets are $20 and can be obtained from 27th Century Boutique.
