BSX climbs higher

The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange was boosted by the performance of the insurance and utilities sectors as it climbed 11.23 points (0.23 percent) to close up at 4,974.59 yesterday.
BF&M Ltd. increased it share price 50 cents (2.6 percent) to finish on $20, with 300 shares traded throughout the day.
Meanwhile, BELCO Holdings Ltd. saw its share value rise 25 cents (1.2 percent) to $21.75, as 700 shares changed hands.
The Index experienced a total trade of 1,000 shares worth $21,225 as a whole.
Elsewhere, the BSX Insurance Index was also on the up, this time by 1.11 percent, at 1,129.30.
