The annual event raises money for horticultural scholarships and environmental projects and runs for four successive weeks in May.

On May 16, Millwood, General Pete Cottage and Hinson Hall will be open in Smith’s and on May 23, Nautilus, Bridge House and Point House are on view in Sandys.

All the houses will be decorated with beautiful floral arrangements and this year the Bermuda Rose Society is decorating General Pete Cottage in Smith’s and newcomers to the event, the Hibiscus Garden Club, will handle Point House in Sandys on May 23.

People attending are urged to enjoy the neighbourhood by walking between each house, although a shuttle service will be organised by volunteer drivers on Wednesday, May 9 from St. Paul’s Church, where parking will be available for the houses open in the vicinity of Lovers Lane in Paget.
