April 1, 2012Dear Sir,Recently I received a gift of a book of quotes and comments made by Winston Churchill and there are a few that I thought interesting:“The world today is ruled by harassed politicians absorbed in getting into office or turning out the other man so that not much room is left for debating great issues in their merits.”“It is no good going to the country solely on the platform of your opponents mistakes. Where there is a great deal of free speech, there is always a certain amount of foolish speech.”From the One Bermuda Alliance I would like to hear less about mistakes and more about real solutions, from the Progressive Labour Party less foolish knee-jerk speech and more thoroughly well thought out speeches, and for the United Bermuda Party to finally accept that they are no longer able to debate any issues of merit.DISGUSTED WITH PARTY POLITICSSouthampton
