Meyer Agencies reported the Horizon docked at Penno's Wharf, St. George's on Monday with 1,628 passengers and shifted to Hamilton's No. Five and Six docks yesterday. The ship is set to sail for New York tomorrow.
Horizon's sister ship, the Zenith , will also leave Bermuda bound for New York tomorrow afternoon after arriving at Hamilton's Number One Dock on Monday. The ship which carried 1,673 passengers will shift to St. George's today.
The Norwegian Majesty docked at Ordnance Island, St. George's yesterday with 1,739 passengers and will sail on Friday afternoon.
Crown Cruise Lines' Crown Dynasty departed from Dockyard on Monday for Philadelphia and will return to Kings Wharf, Dockyard on Friday.
John S. Darrell reported that the Nordic Empress and the Pacific Princess arrived on the Island carrying 1,844 and 647 passengers respectively.
The Nordic Empress is set to shift to Hamilton from Kings Wharf, Dockyard, while the Pacific Princess will shift to Hamilton and then Dockyard from Penno's Wharf.
Norwegian-flagged vessel Green Alefund docked at Dockyard on Sunday evening to load lubricating oil. The ship set sail on Monday bound for Port Canaveral, Florida and then Flushing, Holland.
The Liberian oil tanker Tomsk is set to arrive on the Island tomorrow and will dock at the oil docks in Dockyard. The ship weighing in at 26,218 gross registered tons and measuring 181 metres in length will set sail on the weekend.
Harnett and Richardson reported that the Bravery Ace will arrive on the Island next Tuesday carrying 157 cars and 17 cases of spare parts. The ship will be on route to Bermuda from Port Au Prince, Haiti. It will leave the Island on the same day for Nassau, Bahamas. Container Ship Management reported that Oleander arrived in Hamilton on Sunday with 184 containers of which 33 were refrigerated, five trailers of steel and seven cars.
Bermuda Islander will arrive today from Salem, New Jersey carrying 108 containers, 20 of which are refrigerated, and one boat on a trailer.
And Somers Isles also docked in Hamilton on Sunday carrying 93 containers including three that were refrigerated, three pleasure boats, a motorcycle, and 61 bundles of building material.
