The two-time visitor confessed saying: "Yes it's mine. It's only weed."

He was found to have 2.46 grams of cannabis with a street value of $125.00. Hilman told Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner: "(That was) pretty stupid."

The court heard from Crown counsel Paula Tyndale that on February 5, Herman Anderson called Police to his St. Mary's Road, Warwick residence.

Mr. Anderson stated that he caught Dillas after she had broke into his home and was sitting in a room with an unnamed man.

Dillas told Police that she was there to perform sexual acts for pay. Dillas has had numerous previous convictions and has served prison time for dishonesty offences and breaking and entering. Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner asked her if she had anything to say. "I'm sorry," said Dillas. She was given a three-month sentence, suspended for six months.

Woman admits using offensive words

A 21 year-old woman appeared in Magistrates' Court yesterday for using offensive words.

O'Keisha Clarke pleaded guilty but told the court that she was not using offensive words to the officer but she was talking to a family member on her cellular phone. She also stated the officer informed her that the only reason he was giving her a ticket was because she did not give him her boyfriend's address.

The court heard from Crown counsel Maria Sofianos that on November 4, motorcycle officers on duty, pulled Clarke over for speeding at 69 kph when Clarke belted: "I'm late for work."

Checks found the cycle belonged to Clarke and not her boyfriend and her real identity.

She said her name was Keisha Smith. Clarke then became loud shouting: "F**king warrants, F***king warrants, they're going to arrest me for warrants."

She was fined $500 for using offensive words and $400 for failing the court of justice.
