A man arrested in connection with the fatal boat collision of June 1 is expected to appear in court, police say.

The Bermuda Police Service said the investigation into the crash that claimed the life of New Zealand native Mary Elizabeth McKee in Hamilton Harbour is nearing its conclusion.

Police say that the male who was arrested in connection with the incident, contrary to published reports, is on the island under strict bail condition.
