Police carried out a search yesterday at the house a missing woman shared with a lawyer.Officers, some wearing personal protective equipment, could be seen at the back and side of Kamal Worrell’s residence in Warwick at about 1pm.It is understood Mr Worrell, 39, a defence lawyer, lived at the home on Hillview Road with Chavelle Dillon-Burgess, 26, who has been missing for three weeks. The pair have an 18-month-old son.A white van with a police crest was parked behind the house until about 1.45pm.Another police vehicle was parked in a driveway next to the property until just after 3.30pm.A Bermuda Police Service spokesman said yesterday: “Police executed a warrant as part of an ongoing investigation.”He refused to reveal if the search was linked to the hunt for Ms Dillon-Burgess.The spokesman added later: “The investigation into the whereabouts of missing person Chavelle Dillon-Burgess remains ongoing.”Police asked for help to trace the young woman more than a week ago and said there was concern for her safety.Rose Belboda, Ms Dillon-Burgess’s mother, made a public appeal for information on Monday.
