A Table has been designed for taxi drivers.

The inaugural event will be staged at Ocean View on February 27th and will be a four-ball, best-ball competition with a shot-gun start set for 1 p.m. Prizes will include accommodation at the Pink Beach Club, Rosedon, Surf Side Beach Club and numerous dinners, brunches and lunches at these properties.

Awards will be given for the teams placing first, second and third with additional prizes being presented to the player with the longest drive, closest to the pin.

At the completion of the tournament the presentation combined with a buffet dinner with the compliments of the organisers and sponsors -- Once Upon A Table -- will be held at the restaurant at 6.30 p.m.

Entry fee is $45 and the deadline is February 20.
