This week's draw for the league's prestigious tournament pitted Forties, the holders, against Pembroke United in the other first round tie. Devonshire Stars and North Village drew byes.

In the semifinals the winners of the Sandys-WIA match will be home to Stars and the winners of the Forties-Pembroke game will be at home to Village, who were beaten by Forties in last season's final.

The Knockout final is set for September 19 at a venue to be announced.

TARGET SHOOTING SHO Eugene Robinson was top shooter at the Coral Reefs Rifle and Pistol Club on Wednesday when he scored 198 out of a possible 200 points. In second place was Carl Reid with 193 points.

Reid was top shooter the previous week with 194 points with Nelson Simons in second spot with 192 points.
