Hotels 6 Ham. Parish 1

comfortable win at St. John's Field to stay eight points clear.

Dennis Robinson and Joey Weeks both netted twice while Chris Sabir and Corey Furbert scored the others as Hotels moved onto 26 points out of a maximum 30 from 10 games.

Som. Eagles 2 BAA 1 The three-way tie for second place continued with Somerset Eagles making up for last weekend's draw against Hotels with this narrow win over BAA at White Hill Field.

BAA took a surprise lead in the 16th minute through Tito Smith but chances galore were missed by Eagles at the other end -- Shannon Morrissey and Stephen Burrows being the two main culprits -- as they had to settle for a 1-1 deadlock at the half, with Burrows scoring from the penalty spot in the 33rd minute.

The winner came from Dion Minors two minutes into the second half and Eagles missed a host of chances after that with the scoreline suggesting the match was closer than it was.

Bermuda Regiment made their presence felt when they showed up to get BAA's Meshach Wade who failed to report for boot camp yesterday morning. He asked to leave the game in the second half when confronted by Regiment officials.

Social Club 1 Paget 1 The Bluebirds dealt their promotion hopes another blow on Saturday night when they could only share the points with Paget at PHC Stadium.

Paget took the lead in the 26th minute through Charles Wilson and Social Club equalised midway through the second half when Coolridge Bell scored from the penalty spot.
