They will be followed at 6.24 p.m. by five races for primary boys.

The heats for secondary schoolchildren, girls and boys, are scheduled for 7.24 p.m. with the final two heats in the open male and open female category concluding's the evening's action at 8.00.

Meet director Bob Oliver has asked that all competitors register at least half an hour before their events.

Several heats took place on Saturday but qualifiers for the January 17 finals won't be known until after this evening's races.
