Riders beat wind
weekend but the show went on.
Those hardened souls of rough terrain took on the rain, wind and cold, engaging in a series of intriguing battles across a revamped course.
In the 125 B class Aaron Pace ruled the dirt, winning all three motos, successfully putting down challenges from leading rival Robbie Smith.
Meanwhile, points leader Kemo Simons suffered a nasty spill in the first race, but soldiered on to claim third place in each moto to maintain his lead.
Action in the 125 C class resulted in a trio of first place finishes for Jamel Hassell, his second hat-trick of the year.
The 80cc class was thrown wide open as points leader Sean DeSilva injured himself on Saturday during practice and is expected to miss several weeks.
Taking advantage of DeSilva's misfortune was Howard Paynter, who claimed two firsts and a fourth, to close the gap in the overall standings. Picking up his third hat-trick in a row was 60cc leader Aaron Cannonier, while Pierre Davis (PW 80), Brandon DeSilva (PW50) and Ricardo Nottingham (250) also had three victories on the day.
