Norwegian Cruise Lines has unveiled its summer 2028 schedule with trips to Bermuda from three cities across the American Northeast.

The cruise line has announced that it plans to expand its sailings from Philadelphia to Bermuda with the Norwegian Gem starting in April 2028.

In a statement announcing the opening of sales for the 2028 summer season, the cruise line said: “[The Norwegian Gem] will offer a season of seven-day Bermuda sailings featuring overnight calls at Royal Naval Dockyard, giving guests more time to enjoy the island's pink-sand beaches, waterfront dining and laid-back island culture, as well as visits to Norfolk, Virginia.”

NCL will also offer five and seven-day voyages to Bermuda from New York City on the Norwegian Luna, one of the lines newest ships, and seven-day sailings on the Norwegian Breakaway from Boston, with the ship also making calls in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Of the three ships, the Norwegian Breakaway is the largest, carrying about 3,900 passengers compared to the Norwegian Luna’s 3,500 and the Norwegian Gem’s 2,500.
