Harshil Patel has become an associate in Appleby’s corporate department.

The law firm said Mr Patel brought to the table valuable experience across a broad range of banking and finance matters.

He regularly advises businesses on project finance, leveraged acquisition finance, real estate finance and asset finance transactions, as well as international energy finance matters.

Prior to joining Appleby, Mr Patel worked at a transatlantic firm for more than four years where he gained experience across general banking and finance matters.
