One of the reasons there are so many vagrants is because rent is so high and Government needs to lower the cost of housing.

I know a couple that are paying $2,500 for a one-bedroom apartment. That is expensive and I believe one of the reasons why we have so many vagrants in Bermuda.

The second reason is because they don't have any family.

They might have family in Bermuda, but their families don't want to take care of them and that is sad.

I might be 13 but if I could I, would build a home for these people.

They also need health insurance and so much more.

By not helping them, it shows that the Government doesn't care about its people.

Another reason I think there are so many vagrants in Bermuda is because they don't have work.

These people don't have enough money and are struggling to survive.

Education is expensive and these people can't afford it.

They should have a home and education should be offered to them.

If they had education, they could get a work.

The best part is this housing and teaching would be free because I believe they should not have to pay for anything.
