The island’s total cases of Covid-19 held steady at 141 today, after 143 tests all came in negative.There are now 19 active cases of the illness, with 11 people under public health monitoring.Eight patients are in hospital, but none are in critical care.The Ministry of Health said 113 people had recovered from the virus, with the island’s death toll remaining at nine.Positive cases range from ages 18 to 101, while the average age of hospital patients is 78.The country status for Bermuda remains at local transmission, with clusters of cases, and the seven-day average for the virus’s real-time reproductive number is now 0.57.Kim Wilson, the health minister, reminded the public, and especially those who routinely interact with the community, to use the free testing offered at Southside in St David’s.
