The game kicks off at 3.00 p.m. and will be preceded by a ten-a-side game involving the Island's most talented junior players.
Duckett was an enthusiastic rugby follower and the fixture, which has been played annually since 1973, will be the 27th in his memory.
The Rest hold the upper hand with 13 wins, the Police have won 10 and the other three games were drawn.
Police Commissioner Jean-Jacques Lemay will present the Memorial Shield to the winning captain.
The curtain-raiser youth game has been organised by Bermuda Rugby Football Union youth development officer Grant Tomkins, who is also a community police officer.
The youngsters will kick off at 2.00 p.m. in a match designed to help the preparation for their proposed tour to the Caribbean Youth Championships in Trinidad at Easter.

TABLE TENNIS PP There are ties for first place in both Bank of NT Butterfield divisions following latest action.
The Centre and Old Colony Club each have 18 points after 10 rounds, the Centre with a 91-19 win-loss record and OCC with an 80-30 record. Those teams will meet twice more before the end of the season.
Roderick Masters was in top form to lead the Centre to an 8-3 victory over BPSA with three wins, while OCC I kept pace by routing Prison Officers 10-1.
Hasan Durham was 2-1 and Cory Berkeley 1-2 for the Centre. Berkeley, the Centre's number one player, was upset by Rawle Frederick 21-14, 25-23 and Randolph Spence 24-26, 21-18, 23-21. Frederick also beat Durham 14-21, 21-16, 21-16. Spence was 1-2 while Myron Paiper was blanked 0-3.
Barry Rahman avoided the shut-out, beating Neil Slater for the Officers' only win. Dave Waltham and Mike Lindo both won all three of their games while Calvin Butterfield and Joshua Butler were both whitewashed.
In the Second Division, OCC II lead by a slim margin with one more win than Eastern Stars. Both are tied on 12 points, with OCC II having a 63-69 record and Stars a 62-70 record.
Bottom team Nexgen upset leaders OCC II 6-5 as Dean Mello, Doug Steele and newcomer Rod Forester, in his second match, all won two games while losing to Chris Fleming who had a perfect night in a losing cause.
Fleming won all three singles and was also involved in both doubles matches.
Fleming was extended by Steede 21-13, 17-21, 21-14.
Eastern Stars won by default over Bermuda College.
JUNIOR GOLF GLF Fraser Hunt topped the field in the 15-17 age group as junior golf resumed in ideal conditions at Port Royal last weekend.
Hunt carded an excellent two-over-par 73, seven strokes ahead of Jennifer Spurling on 80 and Oliver Pitcher a further shot back.
In the 13-14 age group played at Belmont, Jarryd Dillas fired the round of the day with a fine one-over 71. Ryan Marshall followed with 81 while Alex Doyle carded an 84.
Sean Harlington led the way in the 12 and under group, playing nine holes at the same course. Harlington finished just one over on 35 with Jamie MacMillan and Michael Watts in close attendance on 39 and 42 respectively.
The novices, meanwhile, played five holes at Riddell's Bay. Nathan Swan finished first with 27, while Mark Phillips was second on 29 and Harry Schofield third on 30.
