Accident victims on the mend

A number of road accident victims who were involved in crashes or collisions over the last two weeks are continuing to recover in hospital.

At last check this morning, the 25 year-old St. George’s man seriously injured in a three-vehicle collision around 6.10pm last Tuesday on St David’s Road in St. George’s is in the Intensive Care Unit in stable condition.

The 49 year-old male guest worker injured in a single vehicle auxiliary cycle crash around 12.15am on Sunday on Mullet Bay Road in St. George’s has been transferred from ICU to a general ward in stable condition.

The 28 year-old Hamilton Parish man injured in a single vehicle motorcycle crash around 10pm on Friday on North Shore Road in Smith’s, near the junction with Jennings Road, has been transferred from ICU to a general ward in stable condition.

The 62 year-old Warwick man injured when the auxiliary cycle he was riding collided with a car on Marsh Folly Road in Pembroke around 8.50pm on Friday, October 28 has been transferred from ICU to a general ward in stable condition.

And, the 84 year-old Paget woman seriously injured in a reported two-car collision on South Road in Devonshire near the junction with Melville Crescent around 9.45pm on Thursday, October 20 remains in the Intensive Care Unit in stable condition.
